So, next month, we’d have the presidential elections in Nigeria and that will be followed by the gubernatorial elections.
Back in 2015, I already got feelers that Jonathan would lose but I was wondering if Nigerians would truly see Buhari as a replacement.
I had been privileged to meet with some elderly persons and in the discussion, they said clearly that Jonathan would lose and cited reason for it.
It was hard to fathom because I knew the other choice was not going to augur well with Nigeria but when God explained to me why it’d be that way, I rested in that understanding from Him.
This coming election, Buhari will lose.
Yes, I didn’t mince words.
Thus, whosoever tries to rig him to stay in power or use the courts to keep him on seat will carry generational curses of Nigerians who have been affected by these years of him in government.
Sentiments aside, this nation has experienced a castigated leadership with errors and non-excellence. How can names of dead persons be always included in important lists that concern the nation? How come people overlook such oversight again and again? How come the economy has been in crisis and yet leaders carry on like that isn’t a lifeblood of the nation?
Now, for those in support of APC, trust me, I have nothing against you or your party especially with the few progressives I see in there BUT your choice of candidate for the presidency and whatever ethnic, political or religious sentiments that made you keep that choice has not been well with Nigerians.
If the good of this nation is what you really want, you’d review the past years of being in power and settle out whatever issue you have and then put the best man forward as your presidential candidate.
No don’t tell me you can’t do that for now because your doing so to Ambode clearly shows you can stop whoever you feel is not representing you well and send in another candidate.
If you truly wanted the good of this nation, you’d have found a way to do so.
But since you didn’t do so, it is glaring that your choice of candidate will lose at the polls. Most northerners want him but many people in other parts of Nigeria do not. And as you succumb to the North sentiment card, you lose credibility in the eyes of other right thinking Nigerians.
So, if you think you will rig him to stay in power, here is God’s word to you: You shall be cursed with the curses of generations of Nigerians.
2019 is a tipping point in Nigeria and anyone that plays a part in making it tip downwards will be cursed with the sufferings of Nigerians before and after now.
ON UDOM EMMANUEL
When I did a letter to Gov. Udom Emmanuel sometime last year, I advised that he leaves a legacy in the lives of Akwa Ibom people.
That is what governance is about – bettering the lives of people.
The past few months, for whatever reason, he has been seen to release funds to spread amongst persons in the state.
Of course we know it is because of the oncoming guber elections and the threat of the opposition.
However, truth still remains that he has released funds that has helped a couple of persons in the state that would have hitherto been languishing in poverty.
If he had put the good of the people as a priority before now, he’d not have had to cross the river with so much tumultuous opposition.
Nevertheless, because he has lifted some persons out of penury and his heart has opened up to giving, he has been spared his standing as God’s servant in leadership.
I do not speak out of sentiments but from revelation.
Governor Udom Emmanuel, God’s countenance has been lifted and is upon you. It is very important that you put your heart into leading the people with the open heart you have always had but with giving hands that is open to helping and lifting the people too.
The revelation God gave me about governance is that the government is a central distributor of wealth to people. If the government sits tight on funds or divert it to things that are not for the good of all, the state or nation suffers. God Himself will remove such government.
If Udom Emmanuel stays on course with God, he will win the elections but he must continue in God and keep his hands open to helping people of the state, even those youths that are with the opposition.
Whosoever rigs the election to favor another candidate shall also carry a curse upon himself/herself. Leadership is not a thing to be tinkered with. Leadership is a representation of the sovereignty of God almighty and whoever He puts or allows to be put in leadership is accountable to Him no matter what they think they believe in.
Whoever rigs or tries to rig the election to go in favor of a candidate that is not God’s choice will face God here on earth before judgment day. Yes. Does the person know how the earth was made? How the cosmos was set? Was the person involved when God created everything?
If you think I am being religious and overlook these things said here to rig or do the likes, your result will be from the one who put this things through me – God Almighty.
One last word for Udom: Leave a legacy of upliftment for the people of this state. The next month has a lot in store and how close you are to Yahweh’s plan and what you do for those He planned to uplift through you matters greatly. Mordecai’s case was for the good of God’s race and God used King Ahasuerus then to achieve that. Don’t miss God’s lifting of this state through your leadership. Don’t make the mistake of not leaving a legacy of uplifting for the state. Whatever is crooked in your government has no stay in your second term if you follow God and cross into it.
