We have been called into a life of power. Christianity is the faith work of power and it is important you understand the power dimension of the Christian faith.
The manifestation of the kingdom has a power component to it. Faith is the work of power and you need to understand the necessity of power in the life of a Christian.
It took power for the word of God to become flesh and be made manifest in the womb of a woman, it took power for Jesus to walk in a territory that did not pay attention to the counsel of God. All through his manifestation on earth, the miracles, the signs and wonders all came on the account of the power of the holy ghost.
It is the power of God that introduces faith life. It takes power to excel in life, it takes power to wrestle against principalities and powers, it takes power of God to preach good tidings.
Power is the ability of spirit to function in time, to turn lives around, to introduce into your life the things the word of God says that should be in your life according to psalm 66:3. It takes power for the enemy to give way.
Our Christianity will only remain opinions if we do not back it up with power. When you say God lifts men, the world will say I have heard but I want to see it, when you say God blesses, the world will still want to see it.
This gospel was supposed to be communicated according to Act 8:5-8. The manifestation of the kingdom is signs, wonders and miracles. Many of our family member have not be convinced to be passionate about Jesus because we have proposed many things about God without power to prove it to reality.
The system of evangelism and spreading the gospel in the now is too slow, if we want to win souls for the kingdom then , there should be a manifestation of the power of God.
The assignment of power is to prove to creation that God’s word is not a lie, if the power of God is absent in the life of a believer, no matter what you proposed, sooner or later, people that will stop believing you. We are not appointed to preach theoretical Jesus but we are called to preach Jesus with power.
