DON’T GO INTO MARRIAGE FOR WRONG REASONS. REV FUNKE FELIX ADEJUMO

Marriage to some people is a mere social contract that is guilded by traditions and superstitious belief.

Marriage to some people is just an organised forum for bearing and rearing of children.

In African, marriage is like a formalised slave trade, a woman is like a glorified slave, that you can kick out and get another one and you are equally free to marry as many wives as you want, please that is not how marriage supposed to be.

In Western world, marriage is a like a business contract, which is for better for stay, for worst for leave.

Marriage is neither Western or African, marriage is biblical and it is sweet depending on the cutlery you used in eating it.

Marriage is a gift from God, it is a convenant relationship between a matured and a matured lady in which they both seek to give and receives the satisfaction and fulfillment of their healthy needs, desires and expectations.

Don’t just marry because you believe that marriage is what complete a person, what complete you is when you finish accomplishing the purposes of God for your life. Nothing will complete you more than you complete yourself.

Don’t marry because you think you are running out of time, because you saw your mate getting married, doesn’t mean that you should desperately get married. This happen mostly to ladies, please don’t rush into marriage because pressures from friends and family, don’t do anything that is out of will, they are not the one going into the Marriage, so don’t let them push you into something you cannot come out from.

Men, don’t just marry because you want a house keeper, someone that will taking care of the house, the children and you too, please marry well, because a relationship that was properly built, will lead to a great marriage.
