The COVID-19 Pandemic which has come with lockdown and partial lockdown has brought about hardship and hunger to people across Africa with businesses shut and jobs lost.
It was all bliss for the residents of Apo resettlement as Evang. Dr. Kufre Abasi Eyo and the WIHOFA family handed out COVID-19 palliatives to them.
The aim of this outreach was too help ease the negative effect of COVID-19.
Abiodun Essiet who represented the AMAC chairman thanked the Senior Pastor of WIHOFA Church and called on religious leaders to emulate such kind gesture.
The senior pastor of WIHOFA Church, Dr Kufre, admonished the residents of Apo resettlement to adhere to the Federal Government’s instructions of safe hygiene and stay at home policy. He also thanked God for giving him and his partners the ability to hand out this palliatives.
The residents of Apo resettlement couldn’t hide their joy as they poured blessings and prayers on the Senior Pastor of WIHOFA Church for this kind gesture.
